Little Small & Co. is an LLC registered in The State of Connecticut. It is owned and operated solely by Samantha Barlow-Beamer and is a privately owned company. Little Small & Co. LLC produces original artworks such as but not limited to sculptures, decor, paper goods, jewelry and magic potions. Little Small & Co. is also home to, “Once in a Little Blue Moon” the artisan collective and any and all items in the collective are the intellectual and physical property of either the original brand/artisan or a collaborative effort between that brand or artisan and Little Small & Co. All items are original to Little Small & Co., are the intellectual; and physical property of the company and its owner and are for entrainment purposes only.
Our products are generally made to be enjoyed (spectated) by people of all ages, with some items specified for children of a certain age. Little Small & Co. makes it very clear on each label if an item could be considered a choking hazard. Little Small & Co. also provides age range suggestions for certain products. Little Small & Co. LLC is not responsible for any bodily harm or injury that may come to users, their pets, their property or houseguests as a result of misuse and lack of supervision. BY purchasing or receiving as a gift an item from Little Small & Co., you assume the full responsibility of supervising children with items such as Magic potions, Magic wands, headbands and the like.
Little Small & Co. does now and has always built artworks and goods to last a lifetime indoors and in dry circumstances by using the strongest name brand adhesives, wire, metals, beads and the like. A full quality check of loose objects, strength, smoothness and dryness is performed before any item is sent to a retail partner location and/or mailed to a home or business. Items from Little Small & Co. are not labeled for or authorized for resale. Any person or entity found suspect of reselling items from the company and/or taking credit for the owner’s work and/or copyright infringement will find themselves on the receiving end of legal action on behalf of Little Small & Co. We’ve done it before, and we will do it again. Everything from Little Small & co. from the artwork to the visual branding, to the names of items and the affiliated brands are copyrighted. Go get your own ideas!
Finally: events, workshops and other public events which are produced specifically for children will always be age appropriate. Little Small & Co.’s presence on Instagram and Facebook is suggested for people ages 18 and older and Little Small & Co. on TikTok is made for people over the age of 21 due to profanity and adult topics. Podcasts episodes will be labeled as “explicit” if and when need be. Little Small & Co. is a brand of families, but the owner reserves the right to express herself freely in what she determines are the appropriate times and places. Little Small & Co. has evolved as a brand to include storytelling, community building and so on and as such, the mission of validating everyone’s lived experiences through art now extends through social media content and podcasting. Life gets messy so sometimes you need a good “f Bomb” to get your story across.
